I-Beam Table
This table is a strong center piece, figuratively and literally. The top is made from North American Walnut with a clear finish and black epoxy. The base is mainly constructed from 6 inch I-Beam which is also coated in a clear finish. The combination of steel and wood always excites me, especially with natural finishes that let the material shine.
Art Deco Gate
These double gates were designed to match the look and finish of other installations on the property. Client offered creative freedom on the design of the gates. Designed, built and installed by me. The client was thoroughly pleased which brings me great joy.
Saloon Door Table
These antique saloon doors were thrown in a dumpster during a home remodel. I thought the rustic beauty of these doors should be preserved. So I built a frame using reclaimed and worn metal to match the patina of the doors. A large glass top spans the table, protecting the doors while also showcasing their beauty.
Modular Bookshelf
In my Freshman year at ASU we were tasked with creating modular products. I chose to make a modular book shelf meant to offer a variety of layout options. Each shelf has a top and bottom section that move in unison. Altering the shelf positions can lead to more storage space, or a more pleasing aesthetic.
